About Bill Foley

Bill Foley has written about sports and more in Butte and Montana for more than 25 years. Born and raised in Butte, Montana, Bill resides in his hometown with his beautiful wife, two of his three children and his two dogs. After attending Butte Central through his sophomore year, Bill graduated from Butte High in 1993. He then graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in journalism and a minor in political science in 1997. He hasn’t been able to dance since he quit drinking alcohol in October 2007.
